These terms govern your use of wagonpet.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Wagon is a trading name of a sole trader registered in Israel. Contact: hello@wagonpet.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a pricing error, a stock problem, or a suspected fraudulent transaction — we may cancel it and refund you in full. We will always tell you why.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping within our shipping area. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund rather than honour it.
Product descriptions
We describe our product as accurately as we can, including its limits. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Measurements are approximate to within normal manufacturing tolerance. If what arrives is materially different from what we described, the refund policy covers you.
The product rating shown on our site
The 4.7★ rating and “200+ sold” figure shown on our product page are the verified buyer rating of this exact product on the marketplace it ships from — they are not reviews collected by the Wagon store. Wagon launched recently and our own store reviews will be shown as they come in. We do not invent reviews.
Returns and refunds
Governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Use of the product
The Wagon seat cover is a car interior protector. It is not a safety restraint and it is not crash-tested. It is not a substitute for a crash-tested harness or crate, and we make no claim that it protects an animal in a collision. Secure your pet in line with the law where you drive.
Health claims
We make no medical or veterinary claims about this product. Customer reviews describe individual experiences and are not statements by us. If your animal has a health problem, speak to a vet.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
The Wagon name, the text, images and code on this site belong to us. Do not copy them for commercial use.
Your account and conduct
Do not use this site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to interfere with it, and do not submit anyone else's payment details.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not remove any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
